As a medium sized employer on the Island, the Armstrong Group recognises its responsibility to contribute to the local community and as such through the activities of the operational companies is committed to supporting a range of local charities and sporting clubs, through donations and sponsorship.

The business is owned by its founder and Managing Director, Iain Fairbairn. Mr. Fairbairn is committed to running an efficient and sustainable business model and a key element of this is the Enviromental Policy which seeks the reduction of the businesses carbon footprint and over the longer term running costs associated with energy consumption and waste. As such, the Group has a clearly define enviromental policy which is applied practically day to day in the various operational businesses.

Armstrong Group is committed to the development of its people and as such throughout the business years, team members from the various specialist businesses undertake personal development and training with product partners and as part of the wider team to assist their career progression and skills development across the business.
